The manufacturing sector in Thailand continued to contract in November, although at a lower rate, the latest survey from Nikkei revealed on Monday with a manufacturing PMI score of 49.8.
That's up from 48.9 in October, although it remains beneath the boom-or-bust line of 50 that separates expansion from contraction.
Individually, Output picked up ground, but New orders fell further. Input costs declined.
The index for business confidence hit its highest level in more than two and a half years.
