Slovenia's output price inflation accelerated marginally in August, after remaining stable in the previous month, figures from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia showed Friday.
Output prices climbed 2.5 percent year-on-year in August, just above the 2.4 increase in July. The measure has been rising since December 2016.
Among main industrial groups, the price index for the energy sector rose 5.0 percent annually and those of intermediate goods increased by 3.4 percent.
On a monthly basis, consumer prices edged up at a stable rate of 0.2 percent in August.
