This an ICYMI from over the weekend, on oil producers agreeing to a small increase in output
- OPEC said it'd raise supply by returning to 100 percent compliance with previously agreed output cuts
I reckon it might be even less that the Iraqi figure, but it looks like a smaller increase than was expected regardless.
