Lithuania's EU measure of inflation accelerated for the first time in four months during September, preliminary data from the Lithuanian Statistical Department showed on Tuesday.
The harmonized index of consumer prices, or HICP, rose 2.4 percent year-on-year after a 1.8 percent increase in August.
The consumer price index inflation was also 2.4 percent in September.
The HICP inflation peaked at 2.9 percent in May.
Compared to the previous month, the HICP rose 1.4 percent in September, while the monthly inflation based on the CPI was 1.3 percent.
