Iceland's producer price inflation accelerated to the highest level in five months in November, figures from Statistics Iceland showed on Friday.
The producer price index advanced 11.7 percent year-over-year in November, faster than the 8.4 percent in October.
Domestic market producer prices rose 4.9 percent annually in November and prices in the foreign market surged by 15.6 percent.
Prices of power intensive industry products rose by 16.6 percent and those of marine products grew by 15.5 percent.
Month-on-month, producer prices climbed 3.4 percent in November after a 3.3 percent rise in October.
