Finland's consumer price inflation was unchanged in September, preliminary data from Statistics Finland showed on Monday.
The consumer price index rose 1.3 percent year-on-year in September, same as in August.
The CPI moved up 0.2 percent from the previous month.
Consumer prices were raised most in September by increases in the prices of petrol, cigarettes, capital repairs on detached house and electricity from one year ago, the agency said.
The EU measure of inflation, which is based on the Harmonized index of consumer prices or HICP, accelerated to 1.41 percent from 1.38 percent.
On a month-on-month basis, the HICP moved up 0.26 percent after a 0.26 percent increase in August.
