The euro drifted lower against its major opponents in early European deals on Tuesday.
The euro fell to a new 6-week low of 1.1525 against the greenback, near 2-week low of 131.07 against the yen and a 4-day low of 1.1333 against the franc, from its early highs of 1.1580, 132.00 and 1.1394, respectively.
The euro declined to near a 1-year low of 1.4780 against the loonie, coming off from an early high of 1.4838.
The euro reversed from an early high of 1.7558 against the kiwi, edging down to 1.7486.
The single currency edged down to 0.8867 against the pound, reversing from an early high of 0.8880.
The next possible support for the euro is seen around 1.13 against the greenback, 130.00 against the yen, 1.12 against the franc, 0.87 against the pound, 1.46 against the loonie and 1.73 against the kiwi.
