TSX hits an all-time high
The S&P 500 is up 6 points to 2789, approaching the key 2800 level.
In Canada, however, the main TSX index is up 80 points to 6452 to an all-time record. Tariff worries have been offset by currency weakness and rebounding commodity prices.
