Belgium's economic growth modestly improved in the third quarter, flash estimates from the National Bank of Belgium showed on Monday.
Gross domestic product grew 0.4 percent from the second quarter, when the economy expanded 0.3 percent.
The economy grew 0.3 percent in the first three months of the year.
On a year-on-year basis, GDP rose 1.7 percent in the third quarter, which was the fastest pace since the fourth quarter of last year, when growth was 1.9 percent.
Year-on-year growth was 1.4 percent in the second quarter.
