Belgium's business confidence weakened to a three-month low in October after rebounding in the previous month, results of a survey by the National Bank of Belgium showed on Wednesday.
The business confidence index fell to -1.1 from 1.2 in September. Economists had forecast a score of 0.5.
The latest reading was the weakest since July, when it was -1.3.
Confidence eroded in the business services and manufacturing industries, while morale improved in construction and trade sectors.
Quarterly survey results showed that the production capacity utilization rate rose to 80.4 percent in October from 79.4 percent in July.
